More information about the candidates for the Board of Directors will be coming soon.
This information is published in accordance with Decree 1074 of 2015:
Candidates running for the Board of Directors must provide the information specified in paragraph 5 of Article 2.2.2.38.3.2: “(…) 5.1. If the candidate is an individual: full name and national ID number; 5.2. If the candidate is a legal entity, only the business name and Tax Identification Number (NIT) shall be provided (…)”. Furthermore, in accordance with paragraph 4.3 of Article 2.2.2.38.3.9, it is specified that the names of the legal representatives of candidates that are legal entities shall not be listed.
