Ethics in the CCB
Today's business organizations must commit to adopting a program of respect for human rights and the fight against corruption in order to prevent and address the negative consequences of their operations and contribute to sustainable development in the areas where they operate.
Therefore, within the framework of our Sustainability and Shared Value Policy, we have a Human Rights and Anti-Corruption Commitment in which the strategies for the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are framed.
The commitment has a Committee, a body made up of members of the CCB's senior management that, in compliance with national laws and international standards, will promote respect for human rights and a culture of legality in the organization.
The Committee will promote the adoption of protocols of strict confidentiality to receive, process and respond to possible and real human rights and anti-corruption complaints from contractors, suppliers and employees of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce.
The Committee has the following objectives:
Strengthen the CCB's commitment to respect for human rights, transparency and a culture of legality through the proper management of complaints and claims that may be received by the CCB's stakeholders.
To alert in our internal processes the risks and their possible effects on human rights and corruption.
Generate greater trust with both external and internal stakeholders and begin to understand and address their concerns. The Committee will promote an ethics hotline that will allow access to all persons and groups of persons relevant to the CCB, including employees, contractors and suppliers.

CCB Values
We think and act within the framework of respect, honesty and legality, performing with transparency and excellence.
We seek the permanent satisfaction of our stakeholders.
We generate value for the citizens and the business community with our portfolio of services.
Why this commitment?
The Bogota Chamber of Commerce (CCB) is an essential actor in the promotion of the sustainable development agenda in the Bogota Region. From this perspective, it subscribed its Sustainability and Shared Value Policy, which frames the efforts and strategies to implement in all its lines of action, services and actions that enable the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the generation of economic, social and environmental value. We understand that, in order to achieve business sustainability, Human Rights (HR) must be promoted and respected in business environments, and likewise, respect for HR implies promoting a culture of legality and transparency at all levels and in all the organization's management.
