Important Information from the Legal Representative of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce Regarding the 2027–2030 Elections for the Board of Directors and the Statutory Auditor
We invite business owners who are members of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce’s Affiliate Circle (as of before April 1, 2024) to actively participate in the upcoming elections, which will take place on Thursday, December 3, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The election of the Boards of Directors of the Chambers of Commerce is the most significant democratic event in the Colombian business sector. Affiliates, who play a central role in the governance of the chambers of commerce, are businesspeople who fully meet the requirements to ensure the suitability and integrity of this position.
The Board of Directors is the entity’s highest governing body, responsible for planning, adopting policies, overseeing, and evaluating the entity’s management; it is not permitted to participate in day-to-day management. It also appoints the legal representatives and approves amendments to the bylaws. The Statutory Auditor is the oversight body that acts with complete independence, objectivity, and impartiality. It is responsible for verifying compliance with regulations and the bylaws, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and the reliability of financial information, issuing an audit opinion on the financial statements, and reporting any irregularities it detects.

VOTER REGISTRY
Consult the following list to check if it is part of the electoral roll, all the people who are part of it may participate in the elections of the Board of Directors and Statutory Auditor that will be held on December 3, 2026.
This publication complies with articles 27 and 28 of Law 1727 of 2014 and with the article 2.2.2.38.3.6.of Decree 1074 of 2015. The Committee Affiliation will continue to review the affiliate base and, at any time, may purge the electoral roll when appropriate, in which case will update this listing.
