Location, schedule, and deadline for registering or amending the lists of candidates for the Board of Directors
The registration of lists of candidates must be carried out by one or more of the candidates nominated there and will be received from Friday the sixteenth (16th) of October and until Tuesday the third (3rd) of November 2026, in accordance with Official Letter 303-256110 of the Superintendency of Companies. Registrations that are made in person must be submitted to the Legal Vice Presidency of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, located at Avenida El Dorado No. 68D-35, floor 8, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Registrations by electronic means will be received only in the electronic mailbox eleccionjuntadirectiva@ccb.org.co until 11:59:59p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
The lists of candidates may only be modified until October 30, 2026, in accordance with Official Letter 303-256110 of the Superintendency of Companies, by the same person(s) who initially registered the list, either in person before the Legal Vice Presidency or by means of the same email. email that the list was presented to the mailbox eleccionjuntadirectiva@ccb.org.co .
Extemporaneous, incomplete registrations that do not fully complete the published forms will not be taken into account. The lists or lines thereof that fail to comply with the rules of article 2.2.2.38.3.2. of Decree 1074 of 2015 will be rejected
Candidates must complete and present the forms published in this link for the correct registration of their lists, including the acceptance of the application of each main and alternate candidate.
Provisional nature of the list number
The number assigned to each list at the time of registration will be provisional. The final number that will identify the list on the electoral card will be assigned by drawing lots in the same procedure in which the drawing of the voting jurors will be carried out, in accordance with the second paragraph of article 2.2.2.38.3.8 of Decree 1074 of 2015.
During the election process, candidates and/or their companions may not:
1. Have contact with CCB collaborators on matters related to the electoral process, except in the case of a specific request for information that must be done through the Legal Vice Presidency of the CCB, email email: eleccionjuntadirectiva@ccb.org.co or by phone 5941000, extension 2597;
2. Use in the advertising material of your campaigns, images, logos, slogans or other types of advertising information owned by the CCB;
3. Use information subject to CCB confidentiality in your campaign;
4. Campaign within CCB facilities, which includes polling places;
5. Use or introduce campaign material or electoral propaganda into the headquarters or at polling places;
Note: “ article 2.2.2.38.3.10 of Decree 1074 of 2015 prohibits those who hold public office from participating or carrying out proselytizing activities in the electoral process of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.”
