IV ICC Colombia Arbitration Day
The IV ICC Colombia Arbitration Day is a high-level forum that will bring together national and international experts, including arbitrators, lawyers, businessmen, academics, mediators, judges and public authorities, to analyze current and emerging trends that are transforming the practice of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
The agenda will address arbitration in the new geopolitical context, independence and impartiality, judicial assistance and control in international arbitration, and the impact of artificial intelligence and new technologies. The meeting seeks to offer a practical and current conversation for professionals who advise companies, participate in international controversies or wish to strengthen their connection with the regional and international arbitration community.
