ICC – FIDIC Conference 2026

It is our pleasure to invite you to take part in the ICC-FIDIC Conference on International Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolution, which will take place on 15 and 16 October in Bogotá, Colombia, at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) – ICC Colombia.

This year, attendance is free of charge upon application, thanks to the support of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) and ICC Colombia. Places are limited and will be carefully allocated based on candidates’ professional experience in international construction contracts and dispute resolution.

Whilst ICC and FIDIC members will be given priority in the selection process, it is recommended that you submit your application as soon as possible, as places will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference will be held in English and Spanish, with simultaneous interpretation provided.

The programme will address key topics, including the role of the engineer in FIDIC contracts from a Latin American perspective, DAABs (Dispute Avoidance/Adjudication Boards) and their interaction with arbitration, and the revised ICC Rules of Arbitration as applied to construction disputes, amongst other matters. It is therefore particularly relevant for lawyers specialising in construction, arbitrators, engineers, contract managers and representatives of government bodies and financial institutions involved in procurement processes.
