From October 13 to 16, 2026, Bogotá will bring together leading national and international figures from the legal, business, and infrastructure communities for Arbitration Week ICC Colombia 2026. The program will include sessions on technical updates, discussions of trends, the exchange of experiences, and professional networking in arbitration, dispute prevention and resolution, ADR mechanisms, and international construction and engineering contracts.
The Week comprises three major events: ICC YAAF, aimed at the next generation of arbitration and ADR professionals; the 4th ICC Colombia Arbitration Day, a high-level forum on the main challenges and trends in arbitration practice; and the 2026 ICC-FIDIC Conference on International Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolution, which brings together the expertise of the ICC, FIDIC and the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce in construction, contract management and dispute resolution.
The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) and the Colombian Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Colombia) are organising this programme in Bogotá, with the participation of the international networks and organisations associated with each event. The aim is to strengthen the capabilities of professionals and businesses, introduce international best practices, promote dialogue between public and private sector stakeholders, and consolidate networking opportunities for the arbitration and dispute resolution community in the region.
