Do you have a business idea and dream of giving it a structure to make it a reality?

The RAE are designed to strengthen entrepreneurial people who want to start their path, explore the business world and structure a multi-sector business idea. Through a practical and challenging process, you will be able to build your business model, develop a clear and differentiated value proposition, identify and manage opportunities and risks strategically, create your initial portfolio of products or services, design a basic cost and expense structure, define legal aspects and develop a low-resolution prototype. At the end, you will have a structured business idea and a prototype that materializes it.

What will you find?

Each RAE has the following services:

• Workshops: 3 practical workshops will be held virtually, with a duration of three to four hours with which you will seek to develop practical tools that you can implement in your venture.

• Group counseling: a 2-hour virtual group consultation is carried out where you can clear up doubts or make known and/or present the business idea.

• Accompaniment: will be in charge of a business consultant, who will validate the entrepreneurship diagnosis, make the link to the program, agree with the entrepreneurs on the objectives and the work plan, recommend tools for their fulfillment and provide continuous guidance, addressing concerns and needs throughout the process.

Investment: Between 8 and 12 hours of direct participation in scheduled sessions, accompanied by independent work for the development and implementation of tools, as well as personalized support sessions with a consultant (upon request). This combination of training, practice, and support ensures a high-impact process and the achievement of the objectives set.

Start dates: The first routes will begin in February, and new routes will be added each month until November. Between two and four agile routes will be developed in each period, according to the needs of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
