Obtain free certifications derived from the commercial register, without exceeding the amount of your membership fee.
Certificates that may be required:
Certificate of Commercial ID.
Certificate of existence and legal representation.
Books’ certificate.
Special certificates.
Please note:
An active affiliated person is considered to be someone who has a valid and current commercial ID and membership for the year in course.
The value calculated for the certificate quota per each affiliated person will be based on the membership fee paid for the current year.
The balances of the quota for free certificates are not cumulative from one year to the next. Consequently, the new quota for requesting free certificates will begin on the membership's renewal date, and it will be valid until March 31 of the following year or until the next renewal, whichever occurs first.
In case you exhaust your quota in advance, you will have to pay for any additional certificates you request.
When the affiliate does not renew its commercial ID and/or affiliation by the first quarter of each year, the quota you had for free certificates will remain at $0, starting on April 1st of the current year.
The affiliated person who has a favorable balance not high enough to cover the total cost of a certificate, will be able to pay the surplus to acquire a single certificate of its own business name. This procedure applies only in the offices of attention to the public.
It does not apply to certificates of commercial establishments and single bidders' register.
