Conflict resolution mechanisms
A strong, inclusive and transparent judicial system is an essential requirement for economic and social development. For this reason, the CCB contributes to consolidate an efficient justice service for business activity and a culture of legality that promotes good practices and integrity within the private sector of Bogota - Region. Practices contrary to the rule of law such as corruption, bribery or money laundering have serious consequences for the market economy.
