Analysis
Between January - December 2024 in Bogota and the 59 municipalities under the jurisdiction of the CCB, the total number of micro-enterprises that were renewed compared to the same period of 2023 increased by 1.6%. Compared to the same period of 2023, the total number of renewed small enterprises varied -0.2 %, medium-sized enterprises -3.0 % and renewed large enterprises decreased their number by 1.5 %.
Description
The Commercial Register of the Chambers of Commerce of Colombia registers the facts and acts relating to individual entrepreneurs and commercial companies, in order to publicize them so that they may be known by the persons who contract with them. Every year merchants register, renew or liquidate their companies and establishments before the chamber of commerce of their jurisdiction.
