Analysis
According to the legal organization of the cancelled companies, 75.4% were natural persons and 24.6% were companies of legal persons. In the period January - December 2024 compared to the same period of 2023, the number of companies cancelled of natural persons in Bogota and in the 59 municipalities of the jurisdiction increased by 7.3 %.
Description
According to the legal organization of the cancelled companies, 84 % are individuals and 16 % are companies of legal persons. In the period January - April 2021 compared to the same period in 2022, the number of cancelled companies of individuals in Bogota and in the 59 municipalities of the jurisdiction decreased by 5 %, from 12,020 in 2021 to 11,421 in 2022, i.e. 599 fewer companies. On the other hand, the number of companies of legal entities cancelled increased by 1%, from 2,127 in 2021 to 2,142 companies in 2022, a total of 15 companies more.
