Analysis
80.3 % of the companies cancelled between January - December 2024 in the CCB were located in Bogota and 19.7 % in the 59 municipalities of the jurisdiction. Between January - December 2024, the number of companies cancelled in Bogota increased by 2.1% and increased by 7% in the municipalities of the jurisdiction, compared to the same period in 2023.
Description
The Commercial Register of the Chambers of Commerce of Colombia registers the facts and acts relating to individual entrepreneurs and commercial companies, in order to publicize them so that they may be known by the persons who contract with them. Every year merchants register, renew or liquidate their companies and establishments before the chamber of commerce of their jurisdiction.
