San Victorino in fashion

San Victorino a la Moda: a trend-setting event
As part of the Fashion Sector Competitiveness Support Programme, which we lead from our Fashion Clusters, we have been implementing the San Victorino a la Moda initiative, a process we have been developing throughout the year to promote the visibility and positioning of this sector as the epicentre of popular fashion in Bogotá, facilitating the opening of new markets and access to business opportunities for manufacturing and marketing MSMEs, with a special emphasis on companies operating in San Victorino and other areas of the city.
San Victorino a la Moda 2025, where business moves and style is established
Now in its third edition, San Victorino a la Moda 2025 has established itself as a city strategy led by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce to strengthen the competitiveness of the popular fashion sector and showcase local talent. This year, the programme maintains its three main components —specialised technical support, networking and marketing spaces, and positioning strategy— with a renewed commitment to bringing San Victorino fashion to other sectors of the city. Among the most notable actions are: Participation in the Createx Fair (June 2025), with a sample of 49 brands from San Victorino supported 100% by the CCB, which exhibited their finished products in an exclusive pavilion, accompanied by a communications plan aimed at attracting new buyers. Business Roundtable (September 2025), aimed at suppliers in the popular economy of the fashion sector, with an expected 120 participating brands and 60 national and international buyers. A big day of activations on 25 October will mark the launch of the end-of-year season, in partnership with the Neos Centro, Punto Once and Visto shopping centres, the new epicentres of popular fashion in Bogotá. The 2025 communications strategy will focus on positioning San Victorino and popular economy fashion companies as ambassadors for local fashion, strengthening the connection with citizens, highlighting entrepreneurial talent, and showing that Bogotá's fashion scene is alive, creative, and transforming from within its territories.

2024 Consolidation and expansion

During 2024, the programme moved forward by prioritising business needs through focus groups and interviews with more than 100 entrepreneurs and industry leaders. Based on this assessment, a comprehensive portfolio of services was designed with three strategic components:
Sector-specific technical support, focused on closing productivity gaps and building capacity in manufacturing MSMEs.
Creation of marketing and networking opportunities, promoting participation in trade fairs, business roundtables and trade missions.
Comprehensive communications plan aimed at strengthening the visibility and positioning of San Victorino as a national benchmark for popular fashion.
During the week of activations (16 to 19 October), the Gran San, Visto, Neos and Punto Once shopping centres hosted catwalks, musical shows and activities that boosted the sector's visibility. The media plan reached more than 5.9 million digital impressions and 12,000 attendees at the different event venues.

An inspiring journey
In 2023, the first edition of San Victorino a la Moda enabled more than 200 MSMEs to strengthen their business skills through more than 750 hours of technical support in brand DNA, e-commerce and digital marketing laboratories. Thanks to the support of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, participating companies made strategic business connections, participated in major industry trade fairs, and took part in a business roundtable that brought together dozens of local, national, and international buyers.
The event closed with an iconic week of activations from 18 to 21 October, in partnership with the GranSan, Visto and Neos shopping centres, which became the setting for the launch of the wholesale trade's end-of-year season, with more than 700 brands showcased on catwalks and in networking spaces.
