The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) invites you to be part of the volunteer judging team for the 2025 Christmas Window Display Contest (Convocatoria Vitrinas Navideñas 2025), an initiative that boosts end-of-year sales, strengthens the business fabric, and beautifies the territories of Bogotá and the Region.
Your participation will contribute to strengthening local commerce and recognizing the talent, creativity, and sustainability of business owners and entrepreneurs.
👥 Who Can Be a Judge?
We are looking for committed volunteer judges with aesthetic sensibility and a vocation for business development.
The following may participate:
Students, professors, and deans of design, architecture, advertising, and related fields.
Directors of public or private companies, entrepreneurs affiliated with the CCB and Fenalco.
Business consultants, suppliers, and collaborators of the CCB.
Business owners who have applied but are not located in the defined zones of the contest.
Individuals nominated by institutional partners: Bogotá Mayor's Office, Cundinamarca Governor's Office, Fenalco, and the CCB.
Ambassadors and members of the diplomatic corps.

✅ Requirements to be a jury member

Comply with the defined profile: students, teachers, deans of faculties of design, architecture, advertising and related fields, directors, public companies, entrepreneurs affiliated with CCB and Fenalco, business consultants, suppliers and CCB collaborators, entrepreneurs who applied to the Window Display Call, but are not part of the defined locations, and applicants nominated by key allies: Mayor's Office of Bogotá, the Government of Cundinamarca, Fenalco and the CCB, and others defined by the CCB.
Verification against restrictive lists in order to manage conflicts of interest and execute processes for the prevention of fraud, corruption, money laundering, terrorism financing, financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, corruption, bribery, transnational bribery, transparency and business ethics.
Have and attend on the dates, times, and places indicated by the CCB to carry out the evaluation of the window displays of the approved companies.
Evaluate the assigned participating companies with the instrument provided by the CCB, according to the established evaluation criteria.
Have prior approval/confirmation from the CCB subject to the review and fulfillment of the aforementioned requirements.
The CCB reserves the right to examine each registration request, for which it may require the applicant to complement or clarify the information provided.

You have until November 21, 2025, to register. The CCB will review each application and may request additional information if necessary.

🗓️ Key Dates and Commitment
The judges will participate in one of the two evaluation sessions, according to their preference and availability:
First visit: 🗓️ December 1 and 2, 2025 | 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evaluation of approximately 1000 establishments in 13 localities of Bogotá (Antonio Nariño, Barrios Unidos, Chapinero, Ciudad Bolívar, Engativá, Kennedy, La Candelaria–Santa Fe, Puente Aranda, Suba, Teusaquillo, Tunjuelito, Usaquén, and Los Mártires) and 9 municipalities in the Region (Cajicá, Chía, Cota, Tocancipá, Zipaquirá, La Calera, Sopó, Fusagasugá, and Sibaté).
Second visit: 🗓️ December 5 and 6, 2025 | 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evaluation of the 60 finalist window displays in the same territories.
The CCB will coordinate transportation from pre-established points, informed in advance.
