The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) presents the Christmas Window Display Contest, an exciting initiative created to boost and energize your end-of-year sales. This contest not only seeks to promote commerce, but also to beautify our communities and attract visitors with purchasing potential.

The Christmas window displays offer you a platform to make your business shine, alongside companies of all sizes and sectors, celebrating the Christmas spirit. We want to connect with you and with diverse audiences, from families and friends to tourists, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere.

Participation in high-traffic commercial areas: This is aimed at all companies registered and renewed in Bogotá and the jurisdiction that have a point of sale.

Promotion in commercial corridors: Showcases will be selected in key areas to maximize your visibility and attract more visitors to your business.

Complementary activities: There will be family tours and Christmas parades to encourage interaction between business owners, citizens, and special guests.

Call for entries on social media: The showcase + viral: We invite citizens to actively participate through social media, where they can vote for their favorite showcase and help reward the best participants.

To participate in the Christmas Window Display Contest, you must meet the following requirements:

• Commercial Registration: You must be registered in the Commercial Registry as a merchant, either as an individual or a legal entity, with an active commercial registration from the CCB and have it renewed for 2025.

• Commercial Establishment: The commercial establishment you wish to submit must also be registered in the Commercial Registry, with an active commercial registration and a 2025 renewal.

• Registration Form: Correctly complete each step of the registration form available on the CCB website: clic here

• Contest Categories: Your establishment must belong to one of the categories defined in the contest rules, and the window display must be registered in a single category.

• Location: Ensure that your establishment is located in one of the areas specified in the contest rules.

• CCB Approval: Participation is subject to prior approval from the CCB, which will review compliance with all requirements.

Keep in mind that the CCB reserves the right to examine each registration application and may request additional information if needed. By registering, you also authorize photos of your window display to be taken, which may be published on social media and other platforms. The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) will award the best Christmas window displays in the following ways, based on the results provided by the judges:

• Best Christmas Window Display by Category in Bogotá: The window display with the highest score in each of the 10 categories will be awarded, based on the judges' evaluation in the designated Bogotá locations.

• Best Christmas Window Display in the Region: The window display with the highest score in the municipalities of Cajicá, Chía, Cota, Tocancipá, Zipaquirá, Sopó, La Calera, Sibaté, and Fusagasugá will be recognized.

• Best Shopping Center: The facade with the highest score awarded by the judging panel will receive a special recognition.

• The Most Viral Window Display: This award will be given to the window display that receives the highest number of clicks on social media, thanks to the active participation of the public.

Prizes Include:

• Recognition and media coverage from the CCB (on radio and TV programs, in magazines, newspapers, and social media).

• Participation in a collective booth at the Home Fair.

• Guidance from a business consultant.

• A recognition plaque certifying the first-place winner.

All awards will be granted according to the conditions established by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, which may also modify or add other awards as it deems necessary.

• Registration closes: November 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

• First visit by judges to Bogotá and surrounding region: December 1 and 2, 2025.

• Second visit by judges to companies in Bogotá and the surrounding region: December 5 and 6, 2025.

• Awards ceremony: Bogotá, December 11, 2025, at the Salitre Chamber of Commerce, at 3:30 p.m.

• Jury dates: October 15 to November 21

• Caravan dates: November 21 to December 5.
