What are the elements that make up a commercial establishment?
This figure is comprised of items such as inventories, furniture, intellectual property rights, trademarks and any property used for the development of the commercial activity, in accordance with Article 515 of the Commercial Code.
It may be subject to multiple transactions, such as sale and purchase, lease, temporary use, use of the property to pay a debt, and in general, any transaction that transfers, limits or modifies its ownership or the right to manage it. It is important that all these transactions are registered in the commercial registry so that they are legally valid and recognized by third parties.
