Steps to renovate
Step 1
Enter the platform and complete the registration process to obtain your virtual password and access our virtual public record services.
Step 2
Register all the requested data that you find in the Mercantile and ESAL Registration Renewal form. Remember that you must have the virtual key (password) to continue with your process.
Step 3
Keep in mind that you can make the payment virtually (debit card, credit card or through banking entities with which we have an agreement for payment with PSE).
You can also pay in cash, check or debit or credit card at any of our offices or through the CCB online services.
