Credit cards
Through online services you can purchase products and services charged to credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners and Credencial (through Credibanco's payment button), and Falabella or Éxito cards of the MasterCard franchise. Please note:
While the corresponding verifications are made with by your bank, the payment in CCB will be reflected in a maximum time of 24 hours (1 business day).
If you make your transaction after 5:00 p.m. or on holidays, the payment will be credited until the next business day.
Payment for Business Registration renewal: this transaction will be effective once your bank sends the corresponding approval. The respective confirmation will be sent to your e-mail.
Services that involve payment of registration tax in favor of the Gobernación de Cundinamarca, such as incorporations of companies or registration of acts and documents, cannot be paid by credit card.

In order for your payment order to be received by the bank and the barcode to be read, it must not be wrinkled or with amendments. Generate your payment order, print it and pay it at any of the authorized banks, following the instructions below:

You can only choose one of our authorized channels to pay for your products or services. The renewal of the Mercantile Registration is understood to be carried out, the day in which the duly completed form is delivered and the effective payment is made in the CCB.
The different payment methods have different crediting dates depending on the time you make your transaction. Before making the payment, check with your financial institution.
If you make the payment during extended hours or on a holiday, the system will register it with the date of the next business day.

Is it safe to enter my bank details on this website?
To protect your data, the CCB delegates the capture of sensitive information to the payment gateway PlacetoPay.
Our payment platform complies with the highest standards required by the international PCI DSS security standard for credit card transactions. In addition, it has SSL security certificate issued by GeoTrust a Verisign company, which guarantees secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site; this way you can feel safe when entering your card information.
During the payment process, the browser displays the name of the authenticated organization, the certifying authority and the address bar turns green. These features are immediately visible and give assurance and confidence to complete the transaction on PlacetoPay.
PlacetoPay also features constant monitoring by McAfee Secure and email signing with Certicam.
Can I pay any day and any time?

Can I change my payment method?
If you have not yet finalized your payment, you can go back to the initial step and choose the payment method you prefer. Once the purchase is complete, it is not possible to change the payment method.
Does paying electronically have any value for me as a buyer?
No, electronic payments made through the CCB website do not generate additional costs for the buyer.
What should I do if my transaction did not conclude?
In the first instance, check if you received an email confirmation of the transaction to the email account registered at the time of payment, if you did not receive it, you should contact us to confirm the status of the transaction.
What should I do if I did not receive the payment receipt?
For each transaction approved through the CCB website, you will receive a payment receipt with the purchase reference to the e-mail address you provided at the time of payment. If you do not receive it, you can contact the CAMARA DE COMERCIO DE BOGOTÁ or the customer service line 3830300, from your cell phone at #383 or by accessing our Whastapp chat here, to request the resending of the receipt to the same email address registered at the time of payment.
