Through online services you can purchase products and services charged to credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners and Credencial (through the Credibanco payment button), and Falabella or Éxito cards from the MasterCard franchise.
Keep in mind:
While the corresponding verifications are carried out with your bank, the payment will be reflected in the CCB in a maximum time of 24 hours (1 business day).
If you make your transaction after 5:00 p.m. m. or on holidays, the payment will enter until the next business day.
Commercial registration renewal payment: this transaction will become effective once your bank sends the corresponding approval. The respective confirmation will come to you by email.
The services that involve payment of registration tax in favor of the Government of Cundinamarca; For example, company constitutions or registration of acts and documents cannot be paid with credit cards.
Payment in banks
In order for your payment order to be received by the bank and the barcode to be read, it must not be wrinkled or amended.

The renewal of the commercial registration is understood to be carried out, the day the duly completed form is delivered and the effective payment is made at the CCB.
The different means of payment have different accreditation dates depending on the time you make your transaction. Before making the payment, check with your financial institution.
If you make the payment during extended hours or on a holiday, the system will register it with the date of the next business day.

Can I change the payment method?
If you have not yet completed your payment, you can return to the initial step and choose the payment method you prefer. Once the purchase is complete, it is not possible to change the payment method.
Commercial establishment: the previous point applies to the form of payment, but they must mention the return policies that the store has to comply with article 51 of the Consumer Statute Law.
Does paying electronically have any value to me as a buyer?
No, electronic payments made through Place to Pay do not generate additional costs for the buyer.
What should I do if my transaction did not complete?
In the first instance, check if you received an email confirming the transaction to the email account registered at the time of making the payment. If you have not received it, you must contact us to confirm the status of the transaction.
What should I do if I did not receive the proof of payment?
For each transaction approved through Place to Pay you will receive a proof of payment with the purchase reference at the email address you indicated at the time of payment.
If you do not receive it, you can contact the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce or the customer service line 3830300, from your cell phone to #383 or by logging into our whatsapp chat to request a resend of the receipt to the same email address registered at checkout.
