Description
The information corresponds to the number of HEIs with quality accreditation in the main regions of Colombia.
Accreditation is the recognition by the State of the quality of higher education institutions and academic programs; it is an opportunity to evaluate the training provided with that which is recognized as desirable in relation to its nature and character, and that of its area of knowledge. It is also an instrument to promote and recognize the dynamics of quality improvement and to specify goals for institutional and program development.
