Analysis

According to the analysis of the gaps identified in the eight sectors studied, the most frequently reported gap is that of relevance with a frequency of 26.2%, followed by the quality gap in technical competencies with 21.39%, and by the quantity gaps explained by the low capacity to attract and retain relevant human capital in the sector with 16.57% and by the deficit in the supply of training programs with 14%.

Description

Through studies to identify and close human capital gaps, we were able to:

  • A dialogue with more than 700 companies

  • More than 650 training institutions and 1,757 programs analyzed

  • 641 positions identified through sources for the 14 clusters

  • 135 hard-to-find positions identified

  • In terms of qualitative job prospecting, we found 128 organizational and technological trends.
