Analysis

Bogota decreased the percentage of households with total housing deficit from 6.5 % in 2014 to 4.6 % in 2017. In Bogota, the qualitative deficit went from 3.0% in 2014 to 2.0% in 2017. The qualitative deficit went from 3.5 % in 2014 to 2.6 % in 2017. In the municipalities of Chía, Gachancipá, Sopó, Tenjo, Tocancipá, Zipaquirá, among others, the percentage of households with total housing deficit also decreased. While in municipalities such as Cajicá, Cota and Tabio, the percentage of households with housing deficit increased.

Description

The study of growth and evolution of the Urban Footprint for the municipalities that make up the Bogota Region analyzes the data on hectares of occupied land, in relation to population, public space, housing, facilities, among others, in order to generate growth scenarios for 2050 that will allow decisions to be made on land use planning issues.
