The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce's Productive Inclusion Network promotes the economic transformation of populations with barriers to market access, connecting them with real opportunities through entrepreneurship, productive chains, and employability with a differentiated approach. It does so by coordinating concrete actions with more than 40 strategic partners from the public, private, and social sectors, creating pathways to inclusion that allow these populations to actively participate in the economic life of the city and the region.

Conexión Laboral is an inclusive employability program run by the CCB's Productive Inclusion Network, designed to connect people from diverse populations—women, young people, seniors, people with disabilities, migrants, among others—with job openings at companies committed to inclusion.
