In 2023 and 2024 reduced the production of new housing in Bogota
Analysis
Bogota went from producing 30,101 new housing units in 2016 to 49,817 new housing units in 2023, an increase of 65.5%. Likewise, it is observed that in the District Administration from 2016 to 2019, 120,055 new housing units were produced, while for the District Administration from 2020 to 2023, 156,595 new housing units were developed, which represents an increase of 30.4%.
Description
The VIS and Non VIS Housing statistical operation is a derivative of the Census of Buildings (CEED), which focuses on presenting information on the area and units of houses and apartments according to the classification of social interest housing and housing other than social interest housing.
