Analysis

Bogotá experienced significant reductions in the main categories of road condition: “Good” decreased by 38.7% (from 5,505.9 km in the first half of 2024 to 5,270.3 km in 2025), “Very poor” decreased by 5.1% (from 710.4 km in the first half of 2024 to 694.1 km in 2025), and “Poor” decreased by 7.2% (from 993.2 km in the first half of 2024 to 980.7 km in the same period of 2025).

In Cundinamarca, according to data from the National Roads Institute (INVÍAS), there was a decline in the condition of paved roads during the second half of 2025. The “very good” and “good” categories experienced increases of 0.3% and 13.3%, respectively. On the other hand, the ‘fair’ category increased by 9.7%, while roads in “fair” condition saw a significant increase of 1.9%.
