The information presented corresponds to the cutoff date of March 27, 2026. The status of the contracts is as follows:

As of March 2026, the portfolio includes 78 contracts across all stages and procurement methods, of which 49 are in the construction and pre-construction stages. Of the 46 contracts under construction, 28 are actively underway, 14 have been completed, 2 remain suspended, and 2 have been declared expired, indicating a significant volume of ongoing work and a substantial number of delivered projects. In the pre-construction stage, the 3 reported contracts—Regiotram de Occidente, ALO Tramo Sur, and Accesos Norte Phase 2—are in active execution, indicating a progressive transition toward construction phases.

By contracting entity, the Urban Development Institute (IDU) accounts for the majority of contracts currently under construction with 42, followed by the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) with 3, the Regional Railway Company (EFR) with 3, and the Bogotá Metro Company (EMB) with 1. Notable strategic projects include the TransMilenio trunk lines along Avenida Ciudad de Cali, Avenida 68, and Phases II and III to Soacha; the First Line of the Bogotá Metro; the Regiotram de Occidente; the Carrera Séptima Green Corridor; the Urban Renewal Projects; and Calle 13.

Projects in the study and design phase

Regarding the 29 contracts in the study and design, feasibility, pre-feasibility, comprehensive structuring, and prequalification phases, the breakdown is as follows:

Studies and design account for 18 contracts, of which 14 have already been completed and 4 are currently in progress; feasibility accounts for 5 contracts, with 4 in progress and 1 completed; comprehensive structuring accounts for 3 contracts, 1 in progress and 2 completed; pre-feasibility accounts for 2 contracts, 1 in progress and 1 completed; and prequalification accounts for 1 contract in progress, corresponding to the Second Line of the Bogotá Metro, whose prequalification document was published on the SECOP II portal on March 6, 2026, marking the most significant milestone of the period regarding new projects.

By contracting entity at this stage, the IDU leads with 19 contracts, followed by the Bogotá Metro Company (EMB) with 4, the EFR with 2, and with 1 contract each for the ANI, the Regional Mobility Agency (ARM) — Bogotá-Cundinamarca Metropolitan Region / FDN, ICCU, and OTHERS. Projects in this stage include the Second Line of the Bogotá Metro—Suba-Engativá Extension, Line 3 of the Bogotá Metro, the Northern Regiotram, the New Suba–Cota Road, the Tibanica Vehicular Bridge, the CL 80 Interchange, the CL 63 Extension to Devisab, the Carrera Séptima Green Corridor, the La Calera-San Rafael Cable Connection, and the Sabana Perimeter Road, among others.

The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce is monitoring 28 mobility infrastructure projects in Bogotá and the surrounding region, which involve 78 contracts at various stages of implementation: studies and design, feasibility, pre-feasibility, pre-construction, and construction.
