Sports and Recreation
The Sports Cluster Initiative was created in 2021 with the leadership and support of the CCB and the Institute of Recreation and Sports IDRD, with the objective of becoming a neutral scenario where business leaders, government, support entities and academia worked collaboratively to increase the productivity and competitiveness of the sector.
The new scope of the Sports and Recreation Cluster Initiative for Bogota and Cundinamarca, with a view to 2024, includes the inclusion of 59 municipalities and at least 1,600 companies in the recreation sector. In this way, the Cluster will strengthen the relationship of the value chain to and from the region, identifying new business opportunities.
Entrepreneurs, businesswomen, the government, support entities and academia will join this initiative with the purpose of generating a synergy that will allow the creation of a business environment that stands out for its human talent, infrastructure, sustainable and innovative business models, as well as the internationalization of its services.
Through the different activities and programs we contribute to the sports and recreational ecosystem, approaching the companies in the sector and making available all the installed capacity, offering the opportunity to strengthen companies and enterprises, through specialized content, thus facilitating communication and business relationships.
