Classifies the IFRS group of the legal entity
Classify in which group is the legal entity that you will incorporate with respect to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Define the responsibilities, qualities and attributes that your company will have
Consult the tax responsibilities that the company will assume. It is important that you ask yourself if it will be responsible for Income Tax and Complementary Taxes or if it will be subject to the Simple Taxation Regime before the DIAN.
Identifies the ISIC code
