Bogotá, March 2026. Hairdressers, bakeries, hardware stores and all companies with their commercial establishments have until March 31 to renew their commercial registration and be up to date with their business.
There are only two weeks left to comply with this legal requirement which certifies the existence of your business and allows you to maintain your formal activity, ensure the validity of your information and strengthen the trust of clients, suppliers and investors.
In order to provide additional benefits, the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá (CCB) announced additional benefits for entrepreneurs who renew and pay online the commercial registration before March 31.
How to renew?
The commercial registration renewal process consists of the following three steps:
Enter ccb.org.co and go to the section “Renewals”.
Complete your information. personal, commercial and financial.
Verify the information and select your payment method (PSE, cards, Nequi, Daviplata or physical points).
Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming that your renewal was successful. Remember: renew and pay your commercial registration online and receive benefits.
Benefits renewing until March 31
Discounts for training: by renewing before March 31 and paying online, you will be able to access a discount voucher of $600,000 for graduates and $200,000 for CCB seminars.
Two Gold passports + Mundo Aventura rain voucher at no cost: two "Gold + rain voucher" passports at no cost to enter and enjoy the Mundo Aventura park.
Coworking Spaces: those entrepreneurs or merchants who are up to date with the renewal of their commercial registration will be able to enjoy up to 18 hours of coworking per month free of charge.
Discounts on ticket office of the Bogotá Living Arts Festival (FIAV): those who renew before March 31, will receive preferential discounts at the ticket office to attend the FIAV.
Uni-company Benefits: students in the face-to-face undergraduate modality will obtain a 20% discount on the tuition fee and will be maintained throughout the degree; For the virtual undergraduate modality, the discount will be 25% and will remain valid for the entire degree; and for postgraduates the discount will be 20% of the tuition fee.
