Con corte al 20 de septiembre, la construcción alcanza un 6,50 % de ejecución frente al 6,66 % programado, manteniendo un comportamiento favorable y prácticamente alineado con el cronograma establecido.

En obra, los avances ya son visibles. Las pantallas estructurales alcanzaron el 100 %, los barretes llegan al 95 % y la placa andén avanza en un 51 %. A estos trabajos se suman 24 pilotes adicionales, cuyos prehuecos están terminados y cuya fundición alcanza el 87 %.

Cada uno de estos frentes hace parte de una etapa decisiva: consolidar la cimentación y estructura sobre la que crecerá un edificio de 45.000 m² y 23 pisos, cuya entrega está prevista para diciembre de 2028.

El Campus 2600 estará ubicado en el corazón de 247 hectáreas de renovación urbana alrededor de Corferias, un entorno proyectado para integrar empresas, industrias 4.0, industrias creativas, talento, conocimiento, vivienda y empleo.
