La CCB

Our commitment to strengthen the gender, diversity and inclusion approach in our services considers different axes, one of them is the generation of knowledge with a gender approach, here we seek that all the information in terms of surveys and studies, which we conduct on the business dynamics in Bogota and the Region, have this perspective so that they contribute to the formulation of actions and policies in favor of equity. On the other hand, we have Routes with a population focus that allow us to work for the reestablishment of the economic rights of those who face greater gaps in access to the market. Such is the case of the Women's Inclusion Route that has been implemented in 15 Manzanas del Cuidado in Bogotá, in the "El Buen Pastor" Women's Prison and the initiative of women in the construction and hardware sector. We also created the Women's Community "Soy Empresaria" (I am a Businesswoman) where we unite different allies who lead strategies in favor of equality in the business and social sector.
Regarding the diversity axis, we have the LGBT Mentoring Program with which we have assisted more than 150 ventures interested in entering the diverse market, also, together with our ally The Chamber of Diversity, we have supported the most important fair of opportunities and diverse business in the country: "WeTrade". In this same line, we have also implemented inclusive job fairs in different versions such as: Expotalento, diverse and inclusive and diverse talent, where we also train companies that have vacancies so that their selection processes have a focus on diversity and inclusion.
For the inclusion component, we have worked with people with disabilities and their caregivers in different initiatives that seek to recognize their work and provide tools to strengthen their enterprises and businesses, as well as their access to employment. The same has been replicated for other types of populations such as young people, military forces and people with ethnic backgrounds. Finally, with the purpose of articulating and generating more impact with our stakeholders, we have the Shared Value Network, which facilitates the creation and application of knowledge between academia and companies, and the Network for Productive Inclusion, which seeks to consolidate a platform of articulation around the productive inclusion of populations with greater gaps in access to the market.
