Demandas de arbitraje nacional

National arbitration has several modalities. For the purposes of this dashboard, domestic arbitration refers to those cases in which the procedure provided for in Law 1563 of 2012 or in the Rules of Procedure for Domestic Arbitration (Part II of the Center's General Rules) applies. Abbreviated arbitration refers to those cases where the Abbreviated National Arbitration Procedure Rules (Part IV of the Center's General Rules) apply. Social arbitration corresponds to those cases under 40 smlmv in which the payment of arbitrators' and secretaries' fees and administrative expenses of the Center were not made (in these cases it is possible to apply the procedure of Law 1563 of 2012, the National Arbitration Procedure Rules or the Abbreviated National Arbitration Procedure Rules, that will depend on what is defined in the arbitration agreement -compromissory clause or compromise-).
