We present our internationalization model
The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce's Internationalization Route, led by the Vice Presidency for Business Strengthening, is designed to support entrepreneurs in their preparation process for accessing international markets. This model focuses on business training, promoting capacity building, export culture, and specialized technical support.
What does this route offer?
Through an assessment carried out by our business consulting team, we identify each company's starting point based on its level of maturity in internationalization. From there, companies can access training services divided into four stages:
Stage 1. Fundamentals for internationalization
Aimed at companies that have not yet exported, that have not defined their product or service for internationalization, or that have initial concerns about the process.

Stage 2. Strategic market exploration
This stage is aimed at companies that have already defined the product or service they wish to internationalize and have a firm intention to enter international markets. Here, a process of pre-selection and selection of markets is carried out, with the aim of identifying those with the greatest opportunities and strategic alignment for each company.
Stufe 3. Stärkung für die internationale Integration
In this phase, the selected companies work on validating their value proposition in the international market. The focus is on refining the entry strategy using key tools that enable them to effectively communicate their business offering to potential partners and customers abroad.
