Strengthening of Cooperatives, Foundations and Associations

At the Bogota Chamber of Commerce we are committed to the development of productive linkages so that non-profit entities, made up of foundations, associations and corporations, belonging to the common regime, and cooperatives, pre-cooperatives, employee funds and mutual associations, belonging to the solidarity sector, can access financial resources and achieve their growth and sustainability objectives.

For this purpose, we design the integral route for ESALs, supported by business consultants who work with each association, which consists of the following 4 steps:

Based on a business diagnosis, we characterize the sectors and productive units of the organizations and identify the business gaps.

With socio-business and specialized workshops on topics such as organizational leadership, business model, finance, among others, and implementing productive technical workshops, we provide support to the entities in their training.

Through consultancies we develop the implementation of tools for business management.

Through networking among associations, with work plans and the participation of institutional actors, we lead the entities to the formulation of territorial strategies. With this route we ensure the development of leadership and empowerment of organizations that are part of the popular and solidarity economy, and recognize the contribution of associations in economic development, poverty reduction and employment generation in the country.
