Supplier development and production linkages

We strengthen the relationship with anchor/supplier chains by aligning elements of their business model and closing technical gaps identified and agreed upon.

Based on specialized technical advice, a diagnosis is implemented to identify the business gaps of the anchor company and its supplier companies in terms of: Operational productivity Labor productivity Logistics Quality

Based on the results of the diagnosis and with the support of expert consultants, the line of intervention is prioritized (the same for anchor and supplier companies) and a work plan is defined which, through workshops, group and individual consulting, is developed with the aim of improving indicators associated with their strategic areas, closing gaps and strengthening the productive chain.

Each year anchor companies are selected, together with their supplier companies. All of them must be located in Bogotá or in one of the 59 municipalities that are part of the CCB's jurisdiction. They must be formalized and have their commercial registration renewed in the current year.
