What is C-MA Empresarial?
It is a high-level strategic meeting that brings together business leaders, international experts and leaders from the private sector in a space for conferences and conversations aimed at sharing knowledge, experiences and strategies to strengthen business management and achieve new levels of productivity and competitiveness.
In 2026, the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce continues promoting its vision of positioning Colombia as a Latin American benchmark in business well-being, emotional leadership and sustainable happiness. Why is it called C-MA?
C-MA arises from the union of C-level and Management, two key levels in making strategic decisions within organizations.
C-level: Refers to the highest-level executives within a company, whose positions begin with “Chief”, such as CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO or CMO. They are responsible for defining the strategy, vision and decisions that impact the direction of the organization.
Management: Refers to the managers and leaders responsible for managing teams, processes and operations, in charge of implementing the business strategy and converting it into concrete results.
C-MA thus represents the meeting between the strategic vision of the C-level and the execution capacity of management, to promote more productive, human and competitive organizations.
