Innovation sprint

If you are looking to convert innovation into concrete projects and develop new products, services or business lines, this program is for you.

Innovalab of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce accompanies you through the Innovation Sprints program, designed for companies that want to go from idea to action through an agile approach based on Design Sprint, supported by Artificial Intelligence and No-Code tools.

For 3 months, teams participate in a collaborative process structured in innovation sprints, which combine group workshops and personalized consulting. Throughout the program, they identify and prioritize challenges, validate real problems, and design customer-centered solutions, which they then prototype. quickly, reducing uncertainty and accelerating decision-making.

The program is aimed at achieving implementable projects, whether to create new lines of business, improve the customer experience or evolve the portfolio of products and services. At the end, the teams participate in a Demo Day, where they present their progress to entrepreneurs, allies and actors in the ecosystem, and leave with a clear execution plan to continue the development of their initiatives.

Program structure:

The program is developed in 4 phases to transform ideas into a solution ready for the market:

· Problem Fit: Identification and validation of the problem with data from market.

· Solution Fit: Construction and testing of an MVP using No-code tools such as Lovable, Bubble, Figma among others.

· Business Model Fit: Definition of the business model and Spin decision In/Out.

· Launch: Development of a Go-To-Market, executable plan and pitch for investors.

The program is structured in 3 support cycles, where a total of 20 companies are chosen per cohort.
