We help you structure and systematize innovation in your organization


Through the innovation management systems program we provide advice and support to companies that want to turn innovation into a permanent and transversal practice in their company, structuring Innovation Management Systems and increasing competitiveness and value generation, this system includes the development of 6 key components: Strategy, governance, processes, innovation culture, knowledge management and ecosystem.
Strategy: The aim is to define a solid innovation strategy, based on clear objectives, innovation focuses, innovation levels, a defined budget for the execution of a portfolio of projects and a periodic review by senior management to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Governance: Designate the people who will make up the innovation team, along with their roles, positions and functions within a corporate governance.
Process: Design of an innovation process based on any of the existing methodologies that allow structuring and systematizing the creation of projects, the constant review of opportunities, ideation, prototyping and validation of the same.
Innovation culture: An action plan is defined to incorporate the innovation culture in the organization during the first iteration, based on communication, training, incentives, tolerance to failure, generation of ideas, promotion of creativity and innovation activities.
Knowledge management: Create the knowledge management model defined for the documentation of the first iteration of the system and identify the protection mechanisms for innovations.
Ecosystem: The identification of an initial network of experts, potential allies and other actors with whom you can collaborate to strengthen and develop your innovation strategy.
