Innovation Accelerator Program

If you are looking to develop new products or services and want to do so with agile innovation methodologies such as Design Sprint and Lean Startup, this program is for you. At the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, we accompany you on this path with our Innovation Accelerator, designed for companies that want to structure and launch initiatives with real impact.

During 3 months, through group workshops and personalized consulting, you will learn to validate problems, design solutions and build viable business models. Whether you want to develop a spin-off, strengthen your portfolio or boost innovation in your company, here you will get the key tools. At the end, you will present your project at a Pitch Day in front of strategic stakeholders and take it to your board of directors with a solid execution plan.

Program structure:

The program is developed in 4 phases to transform ideas into a market-ready solution:

• Problem Fit: Identification and validation of the problem with market data.

• Solution Fit: Building and testing an MVP using Bubble.io.

• Business Model Fit: Definition of the business model and Spin In/Out decision.

Key dates:

• Open call: from February 5 to April 30, 2025.

• Program start: Cycle 1 - March 13 (quota for 10 companies) Cycle 2 - May 8 (quota for 10 companies)

Participation requirements:

• Companies with different levels of innovation maturity.

• Legally constituted and with at least two years of operation.

• Minimum team of 10 employees.

• At least three people committed to actively participate in the program.

• Have a strategic plan towards 2025 that includes investment in the creation and launching of new lines of business.
