The Open Innovation and Corporate Venturing program is designed for companies to explore new ways of collaborating with the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. Through a practical approach, participants will learn how to implement tools such as hackathons, innovation challenges, corporate accelerators and incubators, venture client with startups and corporate venturing strategies.

In addition, this program provides the opportunity to experience the dynamics of the startup world. Participants will assume the role of investors in a pitch day with startups and strengthen their understanding of the tech and scientific ecosystem. As part of the program, up to three corporations will be able to present an innovation challenge at Gofest, where they will interact with more than 150 students and participate in speed meetings with startups.

In addition, this initiative becomes a gateway to the different spaces designed for corporations at Gofest, providing privileged access to networking and strategic collaboration dynamics.

The focus of the program is on:

Deep understanding: We help you understand the fundamentals of both open innovation and Corporate Venturing and their potential for your company.

Strategy building: We work with you to design a customized strategy that fits your goals and needs.

Relationship development: We facilitate connections with high-impact startups and universities that can provide innovative solutions to your challenges.

The program is free of charge.

The program combines practical workshops, specialized consulting and spaces designed for companies to interact with startups, universities and other key players in the ecosystem. Its approach is 100% applied, allowing participants to experiment with new open innovation tools and develop concrete strategies to drive their growth.

The program includes:

7 face-to-face sessions at CCB's Innovalab headquarters.

5 virtual sessions

Bag of hours of specialized individual mentoring for the definition of the open innovation strategy.

Support from Innovalab consultants for the implementation of open innovation strategies and connection with other actors.

Privileged access to networking spaces organized by Innovalab, including the Gofest.

Support material to guide the implementation of corporate venturing initiatives.

• Commercial registration updated to the year 2024 and issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota. (With the exception of university institutions, which must be registered in the base of the Sole Registry of Bidders of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota).

• At least 5 years of operation in the market.

• Have an area of innovation/product development/research and availability of personnel to participate in the program.

• This program is aimed at corporations or entities with more than 15 employees.

• Guarantee the availability of at least 2 people from the company to participate in the different sessions of the program.
