Single Register of Bidders - RUP
What is the RUP?
This is a legally created registry in which all national and foreign natural or legal persons domiciled or with a branch in Colombia, who aspire to enter into contracts with state entities, must be registered. The RUP contains information on experience, legal capacity, financial capacity and organizational capacity, and the UNSPSC classification related to the contracts they aspire to enter into with the Colombian State.

Renewal of the Single Registry of Bidders (RUP) 2026
Dear bidder, please remember that the renewal period for the Single Bidder Registry is from January 1 to April 9, 2026.
We recommend that you renew as soon as possible. This will allow you to have your updated bidder certificate in a timely manner and have it available to participate in contracting processes with State entities. Avoid last-minute congestion and ensure the continuity of your registration.
