Single Business and Social Register - RUES
As established in Resolution 71029 of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce November 28, 2013, it is necessary to fill out the new Single Business and Social Registry (RUES). Through this new format, the information will be unified and the procedures carried out by users of public registries will be reduced.


Benefits and services offered by RUES
Less paperwork, less costs and less time by consulting all business registries 7 x 24, 365 days a year through the Internet and at the Chambers of Commerce.
You will obtain the issuance of certificates of all the registries that make up the RUES, from the 57 Chambers of Commerce in the country.
You obtain integral registry services such as: registration, renewals, inscriptions, etc. in more than 200 points of the Chambers of Commerce Network nationwide for businessmen and businesswomen.
You receive fundamental support in the control and simplification processes of the State Entities.
Source for conducting economic studies, establishing public policies and monitoring the economic environment and formalization of the regions.
You can search for basic data of Colombian companies or make inquiries about fines and sanctions of bidders and inabilities, impediments and prohibitions of the commercial registry.
Request and receive online certificates of commercial registration and registration of bidders.
Verify and control that the name of the company is unique in the country.
Make registrations, renewals or cancellations, and register acts and documents subject to registration.
By filling out the RUES form you will be able to integrate the information of the following registries:
Commercial Registry.
Single Register of Bidders.
Registry of non-profit entities.
Common regime (associations, foundations and corporations) and solidarity economy entities (cooperatives, pre-cooperatives, employee funds and mutual associations).
Registration of activities and games of chance.
Registration of citizen oversight bodies (applicable only when registering or registering).
Solidarity economy registration.
Fields that you must fill out in the form of the single business and social register RUES
Keep in mind that you must fill out the single cover page (two pages) and the corresponding annexes according to your type of application: natural person, legal entity, commercial establishment or proponent.
