Single National Register of Payroll Operators - RUNEOL

The purpose of the Single National Registry of Payroll Operators - Runeol is to publicize payroll or direct discount operating entities that meet the requirements for registration, as established by law, and to which the unique code of national recognition has been assigned.

If you need to carry out the Runeol process, you can do it completely online, since starting in 2015 the Bogota Chamber of Commerce (CCB) began to manage this register online.

Benefits of being registered on the RUNEOL for business owners

With this registration, your company will be able to know if the entity with which it intends to acquire financial products and services or goods and services is registered as a direct discount or direct discount operator that has obtained the unique recognition code.

Who applies?

Family compensation funds and legal entities or autonomous assets described in Article 2 paragraph c) of Law 1527 of 2012.

Step by step to register and/or renew your Runeol:

Log in to the web portal of the Registro Único Nacional de Operadores de Libranza (Runeol) and then click on the Register button.
F ill out the single electronic application form for electronic annotation of registration, modification, renewal and cancellation in Runeol.
Attach the documents as appropriate.
