Register online your commercial books of: shareholders, partners, minutes of shareholders' meetings, minutes of partners' meetings or minutes.
It is the obligation of every merchant to register in the Commercial Registry all the books in respect of which the law requires such formality, which serve as evidence when they have been registered prior to their filing before the competent authorities or entities and in the place of the main domicile (Code of Commerce, article 19 and Decree 2649 of 1993, article 126).
Likewise, Non-Profit Entities have the obligation to register the books with respect to which the law requires this formality (Decree 2150 of 1995, article 42).
