Tacit Waiver Resolutions

In compliance with Law 1755 of 2015, which replaced Title II, Chapters I to III of the Code of Administrative Procedure and Administrative Disputes, the Vice Presidency of Registry Services of the CCB has issued resolutions decreeing the tacit withdrawal of requests for registration of documents and incorporations in the commercial registry and ESALs, which are conditionally returned and during the course of the month following their return have not been added, clarified or modified in the sense requested by the applicant.
