This is how Campus 2600 is on track to become the hub of innovation and business in Bogotá

With cut-off to September 20, construction reaches 6.50% of execution compared to the 6.66% programmed, maintaining a behavior favorable and practically aligned with the established schedule.

On site, progress is already visible. Structural screens reached 100%, the bars reach 95% and the platform plate advances at a 51%. To these works are added 24 additional piles, whose pre-holes are finished and whose casting reaches 87%.

Each of these fronts is part of a decisive stage: consolidate the foundation and structure on which a building will grow 45,000 m² and 23 floors, whose delivery is scheduled for December 2028.

Campus 2600 will be located in the heart of 247 hectares of urban renewal around Corferias, an environment designed to integrate companies, industries 4.0, creative industries, talent, knowledge, housing and employment.

It will have as strategic focuses the sectors of Health, Technology Clean, Agri-food and technological industry; with a bet that the technology is accessible and thus expand opportunities for Bogotá-Region.

In parallel to the construction, the consolidation of its operation and services model, with a roadmap that seeks to convert the Campus 2600 in a project of global relevance, capable of connecting knowledge, scientific infrastructure and science-based enterprises and technological with the potential to scale beyond Bogotá-Region.

The work advances and so does the vision. With each new milestone, Bogotá-Region is closer to having a Campus designed to connect talent, science, business and technology, and project that capacity innovation towards Latin America and the world.
