Bogotá, October 2026. Until October 5, six brands from Bogotá–Region will arrive at Paris Fashion Week as part of [PUENTE] International, in a participation that is registered as the first institutional presence of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) in this scenario and opens a new door in the European market for Colombian design.

The [PUENTE] International initiative arrives on this occasion with the brands Cannabis, Divina Collection, UANA by Wanaawaa and El Maletero, which will present their collections in the fashion show on October 4, included in the program Welcome to Paris, and will participate in the Première Classe showroom, from October 2 to 5. With participation in Welcome to Paris the collective catwalk of [Puente] Internacional is placed in the event programming of the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM), which, in addition, identifies the CCB as organizer. The catwalk will be held at the Palais de Tokyo and will present the collections to guests from the industry and project the brands' work in the context of Paris Fashion Week. Tuileries. This four-day presence offers time to present the collections, meet buyers and other professionals in the sector and continue the conversations started in Paris.

Paris: a new chapter in the international route of Bogotá–Region

The arrival in Paris expands the route that the CCB has been building with companies in the Bogotá–Region fashion system. After the activities carried out in Madrid and New York, [PUENTE] International incorporates a European scenario where the visibility of the collections is accompanied by commercial opportunities and institutional relations. The purpose is to give continuity to the relationships created during each international participation.

Ovidio Claros Polanco, president of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, stated: "For the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, the arrival in Paris represents a new step within an internationalization strategy that seeks to connect the business and creative talent of Bogotá–Region with international markets. The objective is not only to increase the visibility of the brands, but to prepare them to take advantage of commercial opportunities and build long-term relationships with industry players.”

Four collections and two footwear collaborations

Cannabis will present Eterna Presencia, a collection made with hemp fiber that explores the integration of the feminine and the masculine. Asymmetrical cuts, visible joints and wide silhouettes build its visual proposal.

Divina Collection will carry Memories of Childhood, a denim proposal inspired by traditional Colombian games. Embroidery, prints and changes in tone run through the collection, whose looks will be complemented with footwear from Lisanty.

UANA by Wanaawaa will present Vernacular, a reinterpretation of everyday objects and textiles through contemporary tailoring silhouettes, defined structures and manual techniques. Lisantiny will also provide the footwear for this collection.

El Maletero will carry Silencio Salvaje, a collection that starts from wide-volume tailoring and evolves with leather, capes and animal prints. Kernel Leather will complete your looks with footwear.

Première Classe: a platform to expand business contacts

Between October 2 and 5, Première Classe will bring together brands and fashion professionals in the Jardin des Tuileries. According to WSN, the event receives around 13,000 visitors a year, of which 69% are international. For the four clothing brands, the showroom represents an opportunity to present products to buyers, agents, stores and specialized media in a market-oriented environment.

The stay for four days will allow them to attend meetings, learn about the response to the collections and follow up on possible commercial opportunities. The parade on October 4 will provide visibility to the proposals while the showroom remains open until the 5th.

Internationalization begins before arriving in Paris

[BRIDGE] International is an initiative led by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce to promote the internationalization of companies and fashion brands from Bogotá–Region. The curation and mentoring of the participating brands was facilitated by Fashion Designers of Latin America (FDLA).

The support of the CCB includes commercial preparation, support for the development of the collections and an agenda at the destination that facilitates contact with industry actors. The catwalk is a visible expression of this work: the brands arrive in Paris with creative proposals and commercial objectives to give continuity to the conversations that arise during the week.

With its first participation in Paris, [PUENTE] Internacional adds a new stage to the CCB's internationalization strategy and expands the possibilities of projection of the Bogotá–Region brands in the European market.
