Rosania SAS is a Colombian company, registered and affiliated with the CCB, dedicated to the commercialization and export of flowers. Due to challenges inherent to its line of business, Rosania has been facing serious financial difficulties for the past two years. These issues have prevented the company from paying its suppliers on time, caused delays in payroll payments, and even led to problems keeping up with tax obligations to DIAN.

Before considering liquidation, Rosania decided to take one last chance and entered the business recovery process through the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.

Three months later, with the support of a mediator, Rosania was able to reach agreements with all its creditors, establish new payment opportunities, and breathe new life into the company.
