Bogota, August 27, 2024. The Bogota Chamber of Commerce presents the FortaleSER program, a totally free initiative for companies in the tourism, gastronomy, fashion, food, health and beauty sectors.

Through this program, better business practices will be promoted in productive units with potential for growth and sustainability, through processes of accompaniment, training and specialized technical assistance to improve their productivity and growth.

FortaleSER is led by Innpulsa Colombia, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce of Amazonas, Arauca, Cartago and Duitama.

The program

FortaleSER merges different business strengthening modalities, such as laboratories (hybrid group spaces for the generation of theoretical and practical knowledge for entrepreneurs led by sector experts), personalized technical advice, business relationship spaces and mentoring, among others.

Requirements to participate:

• Minimum 1 year of operation (verifiable: through RUT, Commercial Register, Daily Operations Book or Invoices).

• Meet the minimum score that defines the potential for growth and sustainability.

• Have at least 2 people linked to the company or business (under any type of linkage).

• Exercise its economic activity in a commercial establishment (local or domicile) Companies located in Bogota, Amazonas, Arauca, Cartago, Duitama.

• Companies belonging to the sectors defined by each chamber.

What services will the productive units have access to?

The strengthening route will last six months and consists of 50 hours that include:

• Entry diagnosis.

• Roadmap.

• Group accompaniment.

• Individual support.

• Commercial relationship.

• Exit diagnosis.

• Closing event and delivery of certificates of participation to the entrepreneurs who finish their route with all the activities completed.

Program goals:

At least Six Hundred (800) formal and informal productive units participating in the 50 hours of accompaniment through the program. The companies will be located in the Municipalities of the Jurisdiction of each of the Chambers of Commerce linked to this agreement.

Deadline: Friday, November 8, 2024. Project completion date: Friday, July 25, 2025.
