This recognition highlights the work carried out by the Cluster initiatives of Construction, Fashion, TEC and Logistics and Mobility, which during 2026 have promoted connection spaces between companies, public entities and job seekers to respond to the talent needs of strategic sectors of the economy.

More than 5,300 job opportunities promoted in 2026

So far in 2026, the CCB, in coordination with the SDDE, has held five employment roundtables that have brought labor supply and demand closer together in sectors with high demand for talent.

As a result Of these days, 5,344 vacancies have been offered, distributed as follows:

• Construction:

  2,000 vacancies.

• Logistics and Mobility: 1,476 vacancies. TEC: 1,311 vacancies. 557 vacancies.

2,595 people participated in these activities in search of employment:

• Construction: 726 attendees.

• Logistics and Mobility: 750 attendees.

• TEC: 769 attendees.

• Fashion: 350 attendees.

In addition, the rounds had the participation of 71 public and private companies and employment agencies, distributed as follows way:

• TEC: 22 organizations.

• Logistics and Mobility: 20 organizations.

• Construction: 18 organizations.

• Fashion: 11 organizations.

These actions do part of the CCB's strategic focus of strengthening the business fabric and the popular economy, as well as the pillar of human talent of the Vice Presidency of Competitiveness, which seeks to contribute to the development of relevant and sufficient human capital to respond to market needs

Likewise, these initiatives complement the strategies for attracting young talent for profiles that are difficult to achieve, contributing to closing occupational gaps and making visible the professional development opportunities offered by the clusters of Bogotá-Region.

A recognition of articulated work

The recognition was delivered during Impact Alliances, a connection space held last July 9, in which companies, human talent representatives, the District Secretariat of Economic Development, the District Employment Agency and the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce participated to identify new opportunities for collaboration in matters of employability and inclusion labor.

This recognition highlights the joint work developed between the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and the district entities to promote employability, strengthen human talent and generate greater opportunities for companies and citizens of Bogotá-Region.
